Two men found fatally shot in Lacey crosswalk early Friday morning

Two men were found dead lying in a crosswalk after an alleged shooting in Lacey early Friday morning.
According to Lacey Fire District 3, the first agency to arrive at the crime scene, two men with apparent gunshot wounds were found lying in the crosswalk at approximately 2 a.m. near the intersection of College Street and 24th Avenue S.E.
They were both pronounced dead at the scene.
The Lacey Police Department is gathering more evidence to determine who the victims are and what led to the shooting.
College Street was closed between 22nd Avenue and 25th Avenue for more than two hours as investigators looked over the scene. The roads reopened just before 5 a.m. Friday.
