WASHINGTON (AP) — Former Vice President Dick Cheney’s funeral service was held Thursday at the Washington National Cathedral. The consequential and polarizing former vice president under Republican George W. Bush will be added to a bipartisan yet small group of prominent leaders commemorated there.
