Seattle Police Department (SPD) detectives are seeking the public’s help in investigating a homicide that occurred in 2024 in north Beacon Hill.
Kylan Dingui was murdered at Dr. Jose Rizal Park on August 26, 2024, according to SPD’s blotter post. He was one of dozens of people at the park.
Witnesses told police that a gray or silver vehicle stopped near Dingui, two men got out of the sedan, and gunfire erupted.
Dingui was killed, and two young women were injured.
SPD is looking for any photos or videos from in and around the park that night. Detectives would also like to speak with any witnesses.
“We are asking the public to come forward with any information they may have regarding this senseless murder,” SPD Assistant Chief Nicole Powell stated. “Anyone with information is urged to contact the investigator. Anonymous tips are welcome.”
Anyone with information is urged to call SPD’s violent crimes tip line at 206-233-5000.
