From skyline perches to vineyard decks to forest-side terraces, these patios deliver the kind of views that make you linger long after sunset.

Fogo de Chão’s Seattle Rooftop Lounge

A premium outdoor space on the 11th floor, alongside restaurant Fogo de Chão, this rooftop patio has a 360-degree view of Seattle, with plush seating arrangements and fireplaces. It’s set up for groups (up to 90), with shareable boards and a short list of bigger bites, including lobster mac and cheese and prime cuts cooked over a churrasco grill. Stay cool with Fogo de Chão’s signature Caipirinhas (traditional and a strawberry hibiscus), prepared tableside.

The Shed at The SOMM Hotel & Spa

The Shed is a gorgeous rooftop bar and restaurant at The SOMM Hotel & Spa in Woodinville, with open-air seating and valley views. A covered central lounge — set up with cozy chairs, a fireplace, and TVs — makes it a good bet even when the weather turns. Look for colorful hot-air balloons dotting the summer skies. Enjoy live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Happy Hour is from 3–5 p.m. Monday-Friday and features shared plates such as miso black cod dip served with kettle chips and specials on drinks.

The Restaurant & Terrace Bar at Salish Lodge & Spa

For a front-row view of Snoqualmie Falls, book a seat on the patio at Salish Lodge & Spa, perched right above the roaring water. The renovated Restaurant & Terrace Bar offers indoor/outdoor space and is a dramatic backdrop to the seasonal menu featuring food sourced from local farms. On Tuesdays from 4–7 p.m. is Locals Night, where Snoqualmie Valley residents can show their valid ID and get $5 off cocktails and 50% off select wine bottles.
