Paris Baguette, a South Korean bakery chain known for blending French pastries with Asian-inspired flavors, opened its newest Washington location in Federal Way today.

The bakery offers an extensive selection of drinks, cakes, sandwiches, and pastries, with options including croissants, mochi doughnuts, twisted salt breads, milk buns, and more. Seasonal cakes, including blueberry chiffon and s’mores, are currently on sale alongside year-round items like chocolate mousse and New York-style cheesecake.

The new location is owned by local franchisee Eric Cao, who was inspired to open the business by his family’s entrepreneurial background and wife’s passion for baking.
