Real estate professionals, developers, investors, business leaders, and community stakeholders are invited to attend the 18th Annual South Sound Real Estate Forum in Lacey.
The Thurston Economic Development Council is hosting the event in partnership with the Commercial Real Estate Development Association of Washington.
It will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 24 at the South Puget Sound Community College Conference Center. The $65 ticket price includes lunch. To register, visit here.
This year’s theme, “Things You Can’t Ignore,” explores the forces reshaping commercial real estate statewide. These forces include new legislation and development regulations, shifting market conditions, emerging technologies, and rising construction costs.
The featured discussion will focus on CREDAWA’s newly released research paper, “Industrial Real Estate is Economic Infrastructure — and Washington Can’t Afford to Ignore It.” The discussion will examine how industrial real estate supports job creation, supply chains, and long-term economic growth.
