The recent issue of National Geographic has a cover story about transgender young people. One quote in the article had the young boy saying “the best thing about being a girl is now I don’t have to pretend to be a boy.”  Are we choosing to ignore a biological truth?

Their concern is medical and they are worried about the damage that can be done with these transgender treatments and medications.
