Steps that need to be taken to replace Obamacare

President Donald Trump is now experiencing the “true bureaucracy” in the United States as he faces the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare.

The Democrats don’t want the Affordable Care Act dismantled because of legacy, and they hope it will eventually turn into single payer. Republicans don’t agree.

How to replace Obamacare

Here are the six steps the Republicans should take to fix Obamacare.

• 1) There are only really about 9 million who ever wanted to be on Obamacare and only 5 million of those are on a Obamacare plan; the rest are on Medicaid. Take the people who are in Obamacare exchanges now and let them either buy a plan or move into Medicaid.

• 2) To the 6 million people whose plans were stolen, give people the same two choices or pass emergency legislation to make people’s old plans legal again.

• 3) Legalize all insurance plans. The U.S. government should now be out of the business of telling insurance companies what they must cover. It’s up to the companies themselves as to what they will offer.

• 4) Have state insurance commissions ensure insurance companies have cash on hand.

• 5) Then pass another bill that says that a citizen in one state can buy insurance from any other state.

• 6) Do whatever is necessary to make it legal for hospitals and doctors to publish their rates.

These are simple things. You shouldn’t try to invent a new Obamacare. We need to cut laws so that we can lower prices. Making things complicated is what drove prices up in the first place.
