What to do about Sound Transit’s car tab hike

Sound Transit, mass transit ridership, affordable housing, light rail...

(Sound Transit)

(Sound Transit)

In my opinion, Sound Transit is a criminal syndicate. An entity that openly breaks election laws to secure $54 billion dollars from you.

But that’s just the beginning of their fraud.

Recent news reports show that the government is using an inflated formula to decide what your car is worth. We are going to pay an inflated rate to service the building of a choo-choo train that 97 percent of us will never ride.

Do you want to continue to get screwed by Sound Transit?

Everyone who is being ripped off through their car tabs needs to file a small claim suit and name Peter Rogoff, the CEO of Sound Transit. The transit agency needs to be in court every day. And judges need to decide whether Sound Transit can continue to steal from you.

Snohomish, Pierce County, Tacoma — you are helping to build Seattle’s train as well.

All you need to do is stand in front of a judge and you say “here is what Sound Transit says I paid for my car, here’s what I paid for my car and want restitution for the difference.”

As always, please listen to the full audio clip for complete context.
