President Donald Trump is being accused of starting a culture war. I find this fascinating.

RELATED: What do NFL players want to see happen?

Now, we all have faults and one of Trump’s is that he always needs to be the center of attention. But there are accusations that Trump wanted a culture war and now he has it. This narrative surrounding Trump and the NFL really bothers me.

I’ve said before that when everything is racism, nothing is racism. People called Mitt Romney and John McCain racists when they were running for president. And a good portion of America is being told that they are racist just for being white. They are being told that their skin color makes them a racist.

When people are called racists for everything, people stop listening. The word has been so inflated that now the word is no longer meaningful.

When there are real acts of racism, it makes it more difficult to bring attention to them.

As always, please listen to the full audio clip for complete context.
