Washington troopers bust 187 HOV violators in 3 days

Washington state troopers busted 187 HOV violators in three days, Trooper H. Axtman said Friday.
Axtman said the troopers were out this week focusing on “HOV lane cheaters.”
In a three-day span, with three devoted hours each day, 187 people were caught violating the HOV lane and were ticketed.
