Too sexy for the yearbook?
Jan 9, 2012, 1:36 PM | Updated: 3:24 pm

A senior at a Colorado high school is organizing a protest after her photo was banned from the yearbook because it was “too sexy.”
Apparently Sydney Spies of Durango High School says it expresses her personality, but the school advisor says her choice violates the school’s dress code.
Spies says no one said the yearbook photos fall under the dress code and there’s actually no policy on the books about the photos.
The school’s advisor is standing strong and won’t be swayed by Spies’ protests. Her peers on the yearbook committee also banned the photo from being published.
And of course, Spies’ mom totally supports her. They were both on the Today Show Monday morning.
