PORT ORCHARD, Wash. (AP) — A Sunday morning fire at the Port Orchard Yacht Club destroyed six boats but no one was injured.
Officials say the blaze started at 3 a.m. and also destroyed the houses containing the boats.
Officials say firefighters saved another 38 boats.
Officials haven’t identified a cause for the fire and there’s no estimate on the cost of the damage.
The Kitsap County Fire Marshal is investigating.
