Person injured in overnight Burien shooting

One person was injured in a shooting in Burien and was taken to Harborview Medical Center. The King County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating who was involved in the shooting and what led to the incident.

The King County Sheriff’s Office first received reports for a shooting at approximately 3:40 a.m. Wednesday. The shooting occurred on First Avenue S., near Highline Christian Church.

No arrests have been made as King County detectives continue to investigate the crime scene.
