Man killed in Federal Way shooting, suspect still at large

A fatal shooting took place in Federal Way Sunday afternoon, police confirmed, with the suspect currently on the run.
According to the Federal Way Police Department, a fight broke out at Celebration Park Apartments at approximately 3:30 p.m. Sunday. When police officers arrived, they found a 44-year-old man with a single gunshot wound. First aid was issued by responding officers and medics, but the victim died at the scene.
The suspect is outstanding, as of this reporting, but the Federal Way Police Department believes there is no danger to the public.
Investigators also believe the two people knew each other.
