Suspect in custody after gun threat near high school in Lacey

A suspect is in custody after a threat near a high school in Lacey Wednesday.
Officers were sent to reports of a threat involving a firearm in the area of Timberline High School.

Schools in Lacey put into lockdown, lockout
The high school was immediately put on lockdown, while a nearby school was put in a lockout, according to the Lacey Police Department.
A suspect was found and taken into custody. The lockdown and lockout were subsequently lifted.
The police department stated there is no further threat, and officers are continuing to investigate.
Earlier today, officers were dispatched to a threat involving a firearm in the area of Timberline High School.
