Marysville PD probe ‘suspicious’ death after woman found in yard waste bin

The Marysville Police Department is investigating a “suspicious” death after a body was found in a yard waste bin on Wednesday.
At approximately 5 p.m., officers found a female, believed to be in her 20s, dead inside the bin in the 5700 block of Grove Street, according to KING 5.
Officers noted a resident had located the body in the yard waste bin as they were bringing it back after it was collected by waste management.
The woman has yet to be identified. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office will work to identify the woman and promptly notify family members.
The Marysville Police Department is in “very early stages of this investigation and have a lot of work in front of us to determine what took place,” according to KING 5.
