The Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is actively searching for Zachary Boyce, the suspect involved in a shooting in Shelton, who barricaded himself from law enforcement.
Boyce, also known as “Monster,” was last seen traveling through town on a BMX bike from a homeless encampment near the railroad tracks in Shelton.
Boyce is a white male, roughly 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and 230 pounds. He also has brown hair and green eyes.
A Monster Energy drink logo is also tattooed on the right side of his face near his eye.
Boyce is considered armed and dangerous. If he is seen, MCSO advised calling 911 immediately.

The public has been asked to avoid the area, use alternate routes, and allow emergency personnel to work throughout the area.
