Man killed, another seriously injured in Chinatown shooting

Seattle detectives are investigating a shooting in the Chinatown-International District.
A man was killed and another man was seriously injured in the shooting Monday around 9:40 p.m.
Police found a man suffering from gunshot wounds on 12th Avenue South and South Lane Street. Officers tried to save the man, but he succumbed to his injuries.

Another man was found with a gunshot wound to the leg. Seattle Fire personnel gave aid and transported the man to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
Homicide Unit detectives investigated the scene and are working to determine what led up to the shooting.
