Shooting injures 1 in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District hours before World Cup match

A shooting broke out in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District Friday morning.
Just hours before thousands of fútbol fans prepare for US v. Australia at Seattle Stadium (Lumen Field), a shooting occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. at 10th Avenue and Main Street.
One victim was found and taken to Harborview Medical Center. The victim is in stable condition, as of this reporting.
After searching the area for more than an hour, using the Guardian 1 helicopter and a K-9 unit, the Seattle Police Department (SPD) concluded its search without making an arrest.
The search has concluded. No arrests made at this time.
