Two men were taken to the hospital after a shooting in Seattle’s Rainier Valley neighborhood Wednesday night.
Seattle police say they responded to Rainier Avenue South and South Holden Street around 10 p.m.
Officers found a 26-year-old man who was shot in the wrist and a 33-year-old man who was shot in the leg. They were both taken to the hospital and are expected to survive.
The investigation into what happened revealed that an altercation between the victims and a suspect started on a “Metro coach bus”.
Shortly afterwards, the victims and suspect exited the bus and shots were fired. The suspect ran away on South Holden Street.
Police were unable to locate them, and are asking the public to share any information with the Violent Crimes Tip Line at 206-233-5000.
