A woman told police she stabbed her husband after he “came after her” at a campground near Crystal Mountain in Pierce County.

Around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, deputies got a call from the woman saying she stabbed her husband, according to a Facebook post by the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO).

The woman stayed on the phone and told deputies how to access the property.

The couple was staying at a campground near the Alta Crystal Resort near Crystal Mountain.

When deputies arrived, they found a 48-year-old man with multiple stab wounds.

“I’m so sorry, please help him,” the woman is heard telling deputies on bodycam video.

The fire department airlifted the man, who was in serious condition, to a local hospital.
