Two dump truck drivers and the excavator operator were trapped inside the equipment for about two hours.

"The power line ended up landing on three separate pieces of construction equipment, including the excavator that hit the line," said Kyle Moore with Seattle Fire.

Seattle Fire Dept. spokesman Kyle Moore said an excavator hit the poles along Pontius Ave. N and Denny Way.
