Rock the Meadow Brings Free Live Music to Bellevue

On July 26, pack a blanket and lawn chair and head to downtown Bellevue’s new outdoor-gathering space, The Meadow, for Rock the Meadow, a free outdoor concert series featuring local rock bands. See ‘Hadestown: Teen Edition’ in Issaquah

Village Theatre’s Kidstage is putting on “Hadestown: Teen Edition” across several weekends through Aug. 2 at Issaquah’s Hunt Family Theatre. Inspired by Greek mythology, the musical follows the intertwined stories of Orpheus and Eurydice, Hades, and Persephone, blending American folk music and New Orleans jazz into a story about love, hope, and perseverance.
