Comedian John Mulaney to headline The Gorge Amphitheatre this summer

High-profile comedian John Mulaney will host a show at The Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington for his “Mister Whatever” tour this summer.
Mulaney will take center stage on Aug. 29, accompanied by a “very special guest” who has yet to be named, John Mulaney announced.
Tickets for the show are available via the artist presale on Wednesday at 10 a.m., with the public sale going live on Friday at 10 a.m.

Mulaney is known for his many comedic appearances across various shows and specials, including Netflix’s “John Mulaney: Baby J,” FX’s “The Bear,” and Saturday Night Live on NBC. Mulaney is a four-time Emmy Award winner who has also earned a Peabody Award and two Writers Guild Awards for his work on Saturday Night Live.
The “Mister Whatever” tour also makes a stop in Spokane at the Northern Quest Ampitheater one day before on Aug. 28.
Unlike the Gorge, VIP tickets for the Spokane show go on sale Wednesday at 8 a.m. for $435 per ticket.
The VIP package includes one premium reserved ticket, a specially designed John Mulaney sweatshirt, a “Mister Whatever” tour poster, a John Mulaney embroidered hat, an exclusive “Mister Whatever” tote bag, and a commemorative laminate and lanyard.
The Gorge takes a ‘hiatus’ from Watershed Music Festival in 2026
After 13 years of offering high-profile and up-and-coming country music artists at The Gorge Amphitheater, Watershed Music Festival has announced it will not host a festival in 2026.
The decision to cancel this year’s festival was posted to Facebook in January, with Watershed Music Festival announcing the event would take a “hiatus” in 2026.
Watershed did not provide any reasoning for its decision to cancel the festival, though it confirmed any future plans would be announced accordingly.
Watershed’s inaugural country music festival was held in 2012, featuring a large main stage for headline acts, campgrounds for overnight festival-goers, and a diverse food truck lineup.
