New Townhome Community Opens for Sales in Black Diamond

Conner Homes has announced its newest community, Village Towns at Ten Trails in Black Diamond, is open for sales.
Located in the master-planned Ten Trails community, it features a collection of 53 townhomes. There are three distinct floor plans, ranging from 1,750 square feet to 1,930 square feet. Each home includes a two-car attached garage, a covered deck, three or four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
Residents will additionally have access to a trail network and parks. Village Towns, which includes a new Safeway and a food truck park, is within a five-minute walk. Both are under construction and expected to open this fall.
Simultaneously with the grand opening of Village Towns, the Enumclaw School District held a groundbreaking event for a new elementary school at Ten Trails, Evergreen Elementary School. The school is a short walk from Village Towns. It will open by the 2027 school year.
