A newly completed industrial warehouse in the Frederickson area has been sold for nearly $175 million, marking one of the Puget Sound region’s largest industrial-real-estate transactions of the year, Hoodline recently reported.

The 782,875-square-foot distribution facility, located at 6920 192nd St. E in Puyallup, was purchased by Bridge Logistics Properties and is leased to national tool retailer Harbor Freight, the article stated.

The building is part of the larger FRED310 industrial campus, a master-planned development on former Boeing property. It was developed by Panattoni in partnership with a fund advised by Crow Holdings. Construction on the warehouse was completed in 2024 as part of the campus’s phased expansion.

According to Hoodline, the sale follows another major transaction at the FRED310 campus last year. When fully built out, the development is expected to encompass approximately 310 acres and up to 4 million square feet of industrial space.
