Eleven people were displaced Thursday evening after a fire broke out in an apartment complex in Everett.

The Everett Fire Department was called to respond to a fire at approximately 7:45 p.m. Thursday. The fire was happening at an apartment complex on Fowler Avenue.

“Units arrived to find flames showing from the 2nd floor,” the Everett Fire Department wrote.

The fire was extinguished quickly. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

“Crews are now working on overhaul and investigation efforts,” Everett Fire continued.
