Detectives believe a former minister charged with 59 counts of sexual molestation of children may be in southern Washington.
Victor Barnard, 52, was reportedly seen leaving a McDonald’s on SR 101 in Raymond on Wednesday, according to the Washington State Patrol. The minister from Pine County, Minnesota was seen in a dark blue, two-door Audi with tinted windows and a spoiler.
Investigators say a white female was spotted in Barnard’s car.
He was seen in areas around Raymond and Aberdeen the previous week.
A nationwide warrant was issued for Barnard on April 11 after a multi-year investigation by the Pine County Sheriff’s Office into Barnard’s behavior while he was ministering in the area. He was last known to be in the Spokane area.
You’re asked to call 911 if you have information as to the whereabouts of Barnard.
