Amber Alert ends as police find 2-year-old, arrest father

UPDATE: Police have found a 2-year-old La Conner boy and taken his father into custody in Shoreline after the father abducted the child Wednesday, sparking a statewide Amber Alert.
Authorities say Ryan Thomas Hall took 2-year-old Don Byron Hall Wednesday afternoon after forcing his way into an Anacortes home.

Police say the suspect has threatened to kill the mother and child before. A Protection Order was in place ordering him to stay away.
Hall’s last known location is believed to be the Walmart in Tullalip and may be heading to Shoreline in a black 2000 Lexus GS400, license place ARJ7450.
Ryan Hall is described as a Caucasian male, 25 years of age, 5’09”, 220 lbs, blue eyes, brown hair. He was last seen wearing a dark grey pinstripe suit. He has tattoo lettering across the front of his head.
Byron Hall is a Caucasian male, 2 years of age. The child was last seen wearing a blue striped shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
