Police say Roman Hagler is described as a white male, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He’s about 36″ tall and weighs about 30 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue and green sweatshirt with dark blue pants and grey shoes.

He may be traveling in a 1994 light blue Chevrolet Suburban with WA license plate BIZ5141.

Police say the boy was sitting in the Suburban that was idling in a parking lot. An unknown subject got into the running vehicle and drove away with the toddler inside. The Suburban was last seen heading westbound on I-90 from Barker.
