Arizona DOT takes low blow at Seahawks ahead of Thursday’s game

The Arizona Department of Transportation is throwing shade at the Seattle Seahawks ahead of Thursday night’s game.
On Thursday morning, the department tweeted:
Headed to #Seahawks vs #AZCardinals tonight? On your drive, be sure to make good decisions and pass carefully. U don't want another car, like a Jeep Patriot, for example, to cut you off and end your drive right before you reach your destination. That would be awful. #BeRedSeeRed pic.twitter.com/QlSEql1CBp

The Arizona Department of Transportation is referring to Super Bowl XLIX, when the Seahawks and New England Patriots played at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on Feb. 1, 2015. The Seahawks blew their opportunity for a last-minute win when quarterback Russell Wilson threw the ball while at New England’s 1-yard line, instead of handing the ball off to then-Seahawk running back Marshawn Lynch. It was a decision that left a sour taste in the mouths of thousands of fans.
“Why didn’t the team that led the league in rushing — one with the league’s top hard-case running back no less — hand the ball for the 1 yard that would have been the final difference in the game?” 710 ESPN’s Danny O’Neil wrote.
The tweet on Thursday morning was a low blow and one that the Washington State Department of Transportation felt the need to respond to, pointing out all the injuries Arizona is dealing with:
