Multiple people were arrested after officers issued a dispersal due to protesters who caused property damage Saturday night, Seattle police said.

According to police, protesters had blocked all lanes of East Madison Street at 11th Avenue.

As the demonstrators marched, police said people in the group started breaking windows and even set a small fire near 13th Avenue and East Cherry Street.

Police then issued a dispersal order after they said the group caused additional property damage.

One person was arrested at 13th Avenue and East Columbia Street, and a second person was arrested minutes later, police said.

As the group continued to march, they even blocked traffic in the 1100 block of Pike Street, according to police.

And minutes later, police said they made additional arrests along Broadway.
