Boy, 14, charged with felony for school bus indecency

A 14-year-old Marysville boy is charged with a felony for attacking a girl on a school bus, pulling down his pants and exposing himself.
Papers filed in Snohomish County Juvenile Court allege that the boy began by tickling the girl and pushing her down between the seats of the bus March 1.
The Herald reports that the boy is accused of dropping his pants and putting his bare buttocks and genitals on top of the girl’s head twice during the bus ride.
The boy is charged with felony unlawful imprisonment and indecent exposure, which is not considered a sex crime. He’s written a letter of apology to the girl.
Other Marysville Middle School students were disciplined for their roles in the attack but will not face prosecution.
