Collision between motorcycle and two cars in Seattle lands drivers in the hospital

Several people are in the hospital after a collision between a motorcycle and two vehicles in Seattle Saturday at the intersection of Dexter Avenue and Aloha Street.
Shortly after 8 p.m. October 6 a man driving a Honda motorcycle was traveling north on Dexter Avenue. The man collided with a Mazda MX6 driving north on Dexter Avenue and was thrown to the ground, while the motorcycle skidded down the street and struck a southbound Honda Civic on Dexter Avenue.
The impact of the collision tossed the 33-year-old man about 40 feet from the point of impact. The motorcyclist was taken to Harborview Medical Center with critical injuries.
Three female occupants from the Mazda were also treated for minor injuries.
A drug recognition expert evaluated drivers of all three vehicles and has determined that drugs and alcohol were not factors in the crash.
No other information has been released about the crash or about the condition of the occupants of the Honda Civic.
