A pedestrian was pinned under a truck after a crash Wednesday in Bellevue, police said.

The crash happened on Northeast 8th Street.

Investigators said there was a collision involving a pickup truck that was trailing a boat and a passenger car.

Bellevue police said the truck jackknifed and the back end hit a woman waiting at a bus stop. She was trapped under the truck, was conscious and alert.

Police said crews extricated the woman and she was taken to Overlake Hospital. The extent of her injuries are unknown.

Drivers should expect significant traffic delays or avoid the area.
