Dash cam video: Suspect steals cop car in downtown Seattle

Seattle police have released dash cam video of a pursuit after a man stole a patrol car on Saturday.

The video shows the suspect speed up and refuse to pull over after stealing the car at 3rd Avenue and Pike Street.

Police arrested the 36-year old man after he drove about six blocks and surrendered. Officers said he appeared to be under the influence.

The man was booked into King County Jail and faces several charges.
