Seattle Police say at 3:10 am Tuesday, officers responded to an interrupted commercial burglary at a North Seattle business, where the victim says a suspect shot at the victim.

The victim drove his vehicle behind the business and watched the suspect walk towards an orange Subaru Crosstrek. The victim told police that the suspect noticed him still watching and that’s when he pointed a handgun in the victim’s direction and fired one round. The victim was not hit.

Man dies after random attack in Bellevue Transit Center

A man in a wheelchair beaten in a brutal attack at the Bellevue Transit Center has died from his injuries.

Bellevue Police say 63-year-old Eric Larson had been in the hospital since the July 10th attack.

The 25-year-old suspect was released from prison on a sexual assault conviction 32 hours before the savage attack.

He reportedly didn’t even know Larson.

The victim’s family believes the local mental health system failed his uncle… by not helping to get him off the streets.
