A Redmond business is in shambles after an SUV slammed through the storefront Wednesday morning.

Redmond police said the driver, an employee at another business in the same strip mall, apparently mixed up the gas and brake pedals when she was parking and rammed through the front of Bel Red Chiropractic Wellness on Northeast 24th Street at about 9:40 a.m.

One employee was inside the business when the SUV rammed through a short brick retaining wall, through the front window, and took out walls inside.

Luckily, the one employee who was inside the business was working in the back of the office and was not hurt. The driver of the SUV was not injured either.

KIRO 7 News video showed bricks, drywall and glass debris in the office and a hole in a wall. Equipment also partitions also appeared to have been damaged.
