Level 3 “Go Now” evacuation orders have been issued for an area near Lake Chelan for the Henderson Fire.

The wildfire is rapidly changing, according to Chelan County Emergency Management.

Authorities placed Level 2 “Get Set” and broader Level 1 “Get Ready” evacuations around the perimeter of the fire.

Officials urged people in the area to turn on the location on their cell phones and monitor the situation on the Chelan County Emergency Incidents Map.

“If you don’t belong in the area right now, stay away. And let that air attack do its work — stay away from the scoopers on the lake!” Chelan County Emergency Management stated.

This is a developing story, check back for updates.
