1 killed, 1 injured in fire at Tacoma gun range

TACOMA, Wash. — One person has died, and another was injured following a fire at Bull’s Eye Indoor Range in Tacoma on Sunday evening.

Around 6:15 p.m. Tacoma Fire answered calls of a fire at a business on Puyallup Avenue with people inside.

Crews tackled the fire while an employee at the gun range helped guide employees and customers out of the burning building.

This is Tacoma’s first deadly fire of 2025.

The fire appears to have originated on the second floor, and investigators are continuing to look into the cause.

This is a developing story.
