One of the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” may be hiding
out in Washington state.
Eric Justin Toth, who also goes by the alias David
Bussone, is a former private school teacher and camp
counselor wanted for possession and production of child
pornography in Washington, D.C.
He has been on the run since June 2008.
“We believe he has traveled to many states, such as
Virginia, Illinois, Indian, Wisconsin and Washington,”
said Ayn Sandalo Dietrich with the FBI field office in
Seattle. “We’re learning that he is still there in the
public, trying to engage in employment that puts him in
contact with children.”
Dietrich said Toth may be advertising online for jobs as a
tutor or male nanny. He has been described as a computer
“expert,” who has the ability to integrate into various
socio-economic classes.
Those with information on his whereabouts are asked to
contact the FBI field office in Seattle at 206-622-0460.
A $100,000 reward has been offered for information that
leads to his capture.
