Feds, local cops conduct drug raids in Washington

Federal agents and local law enforcement officers are
conducting a series of drug raids in western Washington
Thursday morning.

Some of the raids are happening in Snohomish County. A
spokeswoman for the federal Drug Enforcement Agency confirms
the operations. She says similar raids Wednesday are
separate investigations.

KING-5 reports the drug raids in Washington
might be linked to similar law enforcement operations
happening in Colorado, Texas, and Utah.
