The Fourth Avenue South Bridge in Seattle has reopened to traffic after a head-on crash.
Seattle police spokesman detective Mark Jamieson says the crash happened at about 7:46 a.m., apparently caused by a wrong-way driver in the southbound lanes.
Jamieson says drugs or alcohol might be a factor.
Drivers were detoured to Sixth Avenue South for nearly two hours Wednesday morning.
