A Chipotle restaurant in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood closed its doors on Thursday after repeated food safety violations.
The chain closed all 43 restaurants in Washington and Oregon during an E. coli outbreak in October and November. They reopened four weeks ago and Public Health — Seattle & King County has been inspecting all 17 locations since then.
The health department says the restaurant at 212 Westlake Ave. N received red violations on three consecutive visits, including the inspection on Thursday.
