A tip led police in Olympia to human remains in a wooded transient camp.
Police detectives checking out the transient hangout in southeast Olympia, found the body and talked to several people believed to be involved in the death.
Detectives say they arrested a 19-year-old man, who was booked into jail for suspicion of second degree murder.
