I-5 express lanes reopened in Seattle after deadly crash

The northbound I-5 express lanes are now open in Seattle following an accident earlier today.

A man was killed on Monday morning after his semi-truck hit a pole in the southbound I-5 express lanes near the Stewart Street exit in Seattle.

The crash occurred around 11:08 a.m. and the driver of the truck was declared dead at the scene. No other cars were reported to be involved.
