The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a peculiar burglary of a Starbucks in Kingston.

Last week, deputies responded to reports that the Kingston Starbucks on Highway 104 was broken into. When officers arrived, they found a huge hole burrowed through the wall of the Starbucks. The suspects allegedly used a vacant store next to the Starbucks to tunnel their way into the Starbucks.

The department released bodycam footage of detectives exploring the aftermath of the robbery.

It’s unclear what equipment the suspected thieves used to breach the building wall.

The King County Sheriff’s Office reported that the suspects went through cash drawers, cut computer cables, went through cabinets, and damaged a safe.
