A large group of protesters gathered outside CenturyLink Field Sunday afternoon ahead of the Seahawks-49ers game, chanting “Black Lives Matter.”
Protesters demanded justice for a woman who was punched in the face by a Seattle police officer. That officer was not charged. They also booed Seattle Mayor Ed Murray’s plan to hire another 100 police officers.
The group weaved through Pioneer Square and ended up at City Hall where it broke up Sunday afternoon.
Reports say no arrests were made.
