When you get stabbed in a bar brawl, you head straight for the hospital, right? Not if you’re a 21-year-old guy who went back for another round before seeking treatment.
Seattle Police say the man was at a bar near Broadway and Pike Street around 1:00 a.m. Monday when he got into an argument with another guy. The two took it outside to “sort out their differences.”
The two fought briefly, and when the victim turned to walk away he felt pain in his side and realized he had a two-and-a-half inch knife wound. Rather than seek help, police say he went back into the bar for a couple more shots.
Police say the guy then walked to a nearby medical facility where he was treated and staff called police.
The victim was only able to give officers a vague description of the suspect.
